CONGRATULATIONS: Beca - just voted NZ’s Most Reputable Organisation

Congratulations to our client Beca, just voted NZ’s Most Reputable Organisation in the NZ Management 2011 Most Reputable Organisation (MRO) Survey. Edging Air New Zealand out of the top spot “Beca’s star is on the rise” according to NZ management magazine. The September edition of the magazine ran it on their front cover and said Beca balances its global corporate size whilst retaining the New Zealand family culture that is a large part of their success.  We agree with Hay Group’s New Zealand Chief Executive Ian MacRae who said this year’s survey reiterates [the] belief that more organisations are focusing on reputation building strategies and making a greater effort to understand what goes into reputation building.
