Porter Novelli Digital Insights 2012
This year saw social media platforms play a more prominent role in the dissemination of news and creation of social connections. Whether it was the news of Osama Bin Laden's death, or the general public uniting to show they care via hashtags such as #eqnz, social media proved to be a constantly evolving machine and an important part of daily life.
Here at Porter Novelli, we aim to keep up with this machine, whatever speed or form it make take. As a result, we have joined forces with our Australian offices to share our knowledge and discuss our social media predictions for 2012.
